Make it Romance

Cost: $65 in addition to the room or cottage tariff

A romantic rendezvous? Set the mood. Order a striking seasonal bouquet from our caring local florist, including at least four roses. Then add a box of assorted handmade organic milk and dark chocolate truffles. Our chocolatiers, the incomparable Grocer’s Daughter Chocolates, import their beans from Ecuador and transform them into tastes to die for.

***Although we, under Michigan’s liquor laws, are unable to include a bottle of wine in the package, there is a way to make it happen. Simply call Glen Arbor Wines, which is around the corner from us, select your favorite vintage and make the purchase. Then let us know of your purchase. We will pick it up, chill it, and slip it into your room for your arrival. That’s the best romance plus.

Authentic French Country cuisine by Paris-born and Lyon-trained Chef Guillaume. We’ll make your reservation – Wednesday to Sunday, 5:30-9:00 in May — and have the gift certificate waiting toward your meal, libations, and gratuity. Reservations are subject to availability, especially during peak season, so give us as much lead time as possible. Should there be a remaining balance, apply to a meal– or a glass of wine – any time, but we suspect there won’t be.
