“We loved this B&B. We stayed only one night and could easily envision ourselves staying for longer. Innkeeper Laura is an excellent chef and host. The vibe was very relaxing and welcoming. We ate a gourmet breakfast on the porch and chatted with fellow travelers who have been coming back to the B&B for years. It’s location is perfect for relaxing on the beach, listening to music in local venues or eating local cuisine, especially if you like cherries! Highly recommend. -Bev A

“A perfect Inn to relax and conveniently enjoy the Glen Arbor village and beach. The welcoming hospitality is incredible. We were very impressed with the Laura, the Innkeeper. She is an accomplished chef and serves her creations with a pleasant smile. We also enjoyed her offer to prepare dinner Tuesday evening. Overall, a delightful experience.” -Wayne Kranz

“Highest recommendation! This place is absolutely beautiful and in the heart of glen arbor. Laura, the innkeeper, makes the BEST breakfast, it cannot be beat! So charming and nice to unwind after a day hiking the dunes. Extremely clean and cozy, cannot wait to come back! Bed was very comfy with a variety of pillows.”
“The absolutely ideal Bed & Breakfast, this cozy inn combines the charm of a cottage near the water with the luxury of a tastefully decorated, upscale home. The first time I visited, I fell in love with the sunroom, wraparound porch, and central location, and I made unforgettable memories with my family. Returning last weekend with a friend was a treat, from playing a game on the porch, to chatting with Laura, the wonderful innkeeper, to finding art, restaurants, groceries and a beach all within walking distance. I look forward to returning year after year!”

“The Piping Plover is a beautiful, luxurious room with an en suite located on the main floor. It has a King size bed with a gorgeous headboard, a shower with a beautiful pebble floor, and an additional smaller room with cozy bunk beds which are probably double beds. My friend wanted to sleep in there because it was like a private nook, and the slider between the rooms gave us privacy and room to snore! These rooms must be professionally decorated, and I wish I could duplicate them at home! The colors are dove gray and white with stunning black fixtures. Even though the updated rooms are posh, the B&B still feels cottagey and like a breezy place to vacation. Nearby activities- be sure to find any galleries and shops you want to visit online and check the days and times they are open ahead of time. It’s fun to drive up to Leland, which has good rock hunting beaches and a cute fisherman’s village. Empire has a couple enchanting shops and a small, adorable ice cream place. Sleeping Bear Dunes is a must-see, and the three most popular overlooks are listed online. Empire Bluffs Trail is beautiful, also in Empire. Drive from there to Glen Arbor during daylight hours, as the views of Glen Lake and the scenic drive are not to be missed.” Ann McFall

“We stayed in one of the condos. It felt very clean, cozy and had everything we needed. Laura makes an amazing gourmet breakfast, which I highly recommend. Location was perfect, too. Lovely place to stay.” -Sarah Layman
“My wife and I settled in at the Glen Arbor B&B – specifically the Crystal River Suite – to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary. We can not say enough good things about this place and Laura. As for the food…amazing!” -Brent Mossberg
“As a family, we have come to Glen Arbor for many summers of beach time, canoeing & hiking, so now that family is grown with kids of their own, we found the Glen Arbor B&B about 10 years ago! What a gem !!! This past year , the inside rooms were remodeled & updated & are gorgeous & soo comfortable . Laura is the innkeeper & does everything to make our stays so relaxing… & besides being so welcoming, she prepares elegant breakfasts.. such a gift she has with food. We could not recommend this Inn enough, so don’t hesitate to book time there.” Dorothy Dirske

“This was my husband and I’s first bed and breakfast experience and it was absolutely incredible. The inn could not be in a better location! The town is so cute and everything is within walking distance. So many restaurants and shops to explore! Our room was well decorated and clean as was the rest of the inn. Laura is absolutely wonderful and very friendly! She was very prompt with all communication and happy to provide recommendation on what to do/where to go around the area. Her breakfast is out of this world and was Our absolute favorite part! We have zero complaints and would rate our stay even higher if I could! We have already booked to come back again next summer 🙂 you will not regret staying at the GAB&B!” -Rebekah Simmons

“What a gem of a spot! Located in the heart of downtown Glen Arbor, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and Anderson’s Market for groceries and alcohol. We stayed in one of the condos and it was everything we needed. Extremely comfortable bed, thoughtful touches throughout, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need, and exceptionally clean. Visually, it’s beautiful as well – light and airy with a semi-private second floor balcony perfect for relaxing on.

However, the icing on the cake is the innkeeper, Laura. She is warm, gracious, obviously loves what she does and it’s obvious her passion is taking care of people. We own an event planning company and was staying for a client’s wedding. When the bride forgot to have place cards made, I had noted Laura’s gorgeous handwriting and asked if she might be able to help. Not only did she help, she drove to Traverse City to get the supplies, and the place cards were a beautiful, elegant touch. If you find yourself in their neck of the woods, this is definitely the place to stay! -Holden Basset Alee
“I cannot say enough about the absolutely beautiful and cozy two bedroom, two bath condo we stayed in here. The interior design is absolutely beautiful, every little thing you can think of is included (blankets, games, books, beach towels, cooking ware) and the location is perfect! You can access the bike trail, the beach is down the road, it is right in town…and Laura makes a very delicious breakfast! This is my absolute favorite place I have stayed in all my years coming up to stay at my favorite place on Earth! I wish I could retire and move into this condo! Thank you for this amazing week I will cherish the time I spent with my son and mom! We already requested to stay again! -Laura K
