As we bid farewell and warmest wishes to Katie after a decade hosting at the inn, we are delighted to introduce you to Laura. She brings warmth, a joyful spirit, and special cooking skills to our team after gypsy years traveling, prizing far-flung friendships, and serving some pretty fortunate folks as a private chef and ship’s cook. Since returning to the North Country, she’s been an integral part of the marketing team at Traverse City’s Oryana Community (Food) Cooperative, or you may have met her in a class at Fustini’s oils-and-vinegars store (as we did). An assistant innkeeper, too.
